When are you happy?
We are enjoying more material abundance than ever before. But as medical expenses increase, few people pay attention to the subtle signals their bodies send. Why is that?
Today's materialistic society and standardized modern medicine view 'humans' as separate entities, not as part of nature. Within the standardized system, we are losing the voice of our true 'self' and losing the power of healing that we can possess.
Ogam Therapy is a healing program based on the philosophy of yin-yang and the five elements of Oriental medicine. It is a journey of self-healing that helps modern people regain the balance in life that they have lost.

From herbalist to healing traveler
After majoring in journalism, Dr. Hyunju Lee chose the path of nature and healing. She practiced organic farming in a rural village in Korea and discovered the healing power of herbs and food. She later received a doctorate in Oriental medicine, completed the lifestyle medicine program at Harvard Medical School and the natural plant-based nutrition program at Cornell University, and obtained qualifications as an international lifestyle medicine specialist.
She developed the Ogam Therapy based on the Yin-Yang theory of Oriental medicine, and heals the body and mind through an integrated approach that fundamentally cures chronic diseases through color, meditation, plant-based diet, herbal tea, aroma, music, and lifestyle improvement. In addition to the 'Giraffe Pharmacy' that has been in operation since 2005, she founded 'Meat Free Monday Korea' in 2010, and currently operates lifestyle coaching, Ogam Natural Plant Diet Therapy, and Tea Therapy programs at the Lifestyle Medicine Center located in Bowen Island, Canada.
